Emily has 15 years' experience of leading organisations, both in the UK and overseas.
She has successfully navigated large scale organisational change, cost savings programmes and restructuring. She has led an organisational start up and ensures that wherever she works people are fulfilled, stimulated and happy.
Emily's expertise was recognised in 2012 when she was awarded a fellowship on the prestigious 'Clore Social Leadership Programme.'
Emily has two young girls and understands the challenge that comes with the total priority shift of parenthood. Her values were thrown up in the air and she was forced to re-evaluate her career choices alongside the skilful guidance of my executive coach. She now hopes to help others through this journey.
